Construction is well under way for the expansion of HYDAC’s Denver, North Carolina facility. S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc.’s in-house design department and relationships with regulatory agencies and subcontractors allow the company to accelerate the schedule of typical pre-construction activities. The Building Permit for the 60,000 sq. ft. space was issued March 26, 2014. One month later, on April 26, all of the precast panels were in place and 20% of the steel structure had been erected, as shown below.
