Virkler

S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc.’s engineers worked closely with Virkler engineers and manufacturing personnel to design this 128,000 square foot state-of-the-art chemical facility.  Many innovative engineering and construction techniques were applied to avoid engineering problems, such as the use of chemical resistant materials, containment structures, sealants and barriers to prevent potential chemical seepage or leaks.

The S.C. Hondros construction team followed through with painstaking building efforts to ensure all design details were strictly followed.  Their careful attention produced a chemical manufacturing plant and support facilities built to safeguard our environment.  Support structures included an R&D facility, offices, a warehouse and a vehicle maintenance facility.  Installation of process piping, reactor vessels, storage tanks and associated equipment was coordinated and supervised in conjunction with the building construction effort.
