Sennebogen

S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. served as design/builder on this 49,520 SF facility to serve as the US headquarters for Sennebogen, a manufacturer of material handling machinery.  The building features office, warehouse, maintenance, and training areas to accommodate the company’s various operations.  The approximately 32.5 acre site gives Sennebogen the possibility to double the building’s size when the opportunity for expansion presents itself.  Building elements such as a concealed filing system and limited access to the training area give a refined feel to the space.
