S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. worked with Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate to transform the former Mayflower Seafood Restaurant, in Monroe, North Carolina into a new retail center.  The project consisted of the renovation of the existing 10,000 square foot building and the addition of 4,800 square feet total area on the building ends.  Site work consisted of a new trash enclosure, asphalt paving and concrete curb & gutter, irrigation system, and utility connections.  The existing building was modified with selective interior and exterior demolition, new masonry and synthetic stucco veneer, installation of membrane roof system, and the installation of new storefronts and awnings.
