Sennebogen Expansion

Less than three years after completing the US headquarters for Sennebogen, S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. contracted with the Owner to perform design/build services for a second construction project at their campus in Stanley, North Carolina.  This project, a 45,840 s.f. building expansion, includes over 35,000 additional square feet of warehouse area, an expansion to the existing breakroom, a 1,600 s.f. mezzanine, and 9,600 s.f. crane bay.  The crane bay provides Sennebogen an enclosed area to off-load, store, and service its material handling machinery.
