We recently completed the construction of a new dealership and service center for heavy equipment dealer Ascendum Machinery. This new 29,500 sq. ft. building with 6,786 sq. ft. office and parts storage mezzanine was designed by Phillips Architecture and is located on a 13 acre site in Concord, NC. The pre-engineered metal building was furnished by Nucor Building Systems.
Fourteen 18′ wide x 22′ tall overhead door provide access to the service area.
