Truly Good Foods Building Expansion

When the Owners of Truly Good Foods (former Tropical Foods) wanted to expand their production and distribution facility, they chose S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. as their design-builder. The 30,000 sq. ft. expansion was built with concrete tilt wall panels and masonry veneer to comply with business park covenants. A white roof deck, LED lights, and shiny concrete floors create a clean, bright look on the interior. The expansion area is comprised of a roasting room, mixing and packaging areas, quality control lab, and mezzanine for the snack producer. The expansion marked the fifth major construction project for the Owner by S. C. Hondros and continues the longstanding and multi-generational relationship between the two companies.
