Barnhardt Manufacturing - Office Renovation

Charlotte-based, family-owned Barnhardt Manufacturing Company relied on the design and construction expertise of S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. to convert a former production area of their building into office space.  The renovated space showcases elements of the original building – parts of which date back to near the turn of the 20th century.  S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. performed selective demolition and constructed private offices, open office area, break room and training room.

Prior to this project, S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. designed and built a 35,000 square foot facility to expand Barnhardt Manufacturing Company’s cotton bleaching capacity.
