Cadmus

This design/build project serves as a corporate headquarters, production facility, and distribution facility for CADMUS Communications. Their business focuses on providing communication services for corporate and financial industry clients through both print and electronic media.

The building, which was the first in the new Whitehall Technology Park, features extensive office spaces (approx. 50,000 s.f.) and a completely climate controlled production facility for their array of printing presses and computer equipment. The structural steel frame and pre-cast concrete panels provide a “high-tech” appearance while also meeting their needs for insulation and economy.
