Carolina Courts Indian Trail

When Carolina Courts needed to relocate their Indian Trail facility, to accommodate the Monroe Expressway, their Ownership chose S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. to design and build a new building.  Located in Indian Trail’s Chestnut Square Park the building functions as a venue for athletics, primarily basketball and volleyball, with offices, incidental storage, restrooms, locker rooms, and a 3,630 SF restaurant.  The building, the second designed and built by S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. for Carolina Courts, has a similar layout to their Concord facility while meeting the requirements of The Town of Indian Trail.  The Pre-Engineered Metal Building was engineered and furnished by Nucor Building Systems.
