Providence Village Retail Renovation

S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. worked with the owner of a portion of Providence Village Shopping Center to renovate the upstairs and downstairs portions of their space. Formerly home to a dry cleaner and shoe repair shop, the building’s roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishes, and accessibility were upgraded while maintaining the original, exposed brick. At the completion of the renovation, the upstairs was occupied by an art gallery, and the downstairs by a pilates studio.
