This year marks the 50th year of employment at S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. by Sam Kleto. Sam began his employment as purchasing manager in 1973 and quickly assumed additional responsibilities on the corporate management team. He became an associate of the company in 1985, was named President in April of 2002, and became majority owner and CEO in April of 2007. He has been involved and contributed to the completion of every major project for the past 50 years. Beyond supervising all major divisions of the company, including Design, Pre-Construction, Marketing, Construction and Finance, Sam has been one of the key individuals over the years that helped establish the company’s reputation for quality, integrity, and dependability among the owners and developers of the Charlotte Region’s commercial construction community. Sam continues to work with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate the legal, real estate, and contractual aspects associated with all of the firm’s major projects. Congratulations!!
