The entire team at S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. is excited to be, once again, working as design/builder for Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC. Completed in 2007, the existing facilities designed and constructed by Hondros are comprised of an Office Building, Shop (Truck Maintenance Facility), Wash Building, and Fuel Station and total 17,360 SF. This new project will upfit the 1,350 SF mezzanine in the Shop and expand the office area by 3,150 SF (a 63% increase).
Since its founding in 1970, S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. has valued its relationships with its sub-contractors and local construction industry suppliers and vendors. In addition to Hoopaugh Grading Company, Hondros has designed and constructed buildings for the following sub-contractors and vendors: Interstate Electric Company, Ferebee Corporation, United Mechanical, Red Clay Industries, Blue Max Materials, Rea Construction, Concrete Supply Company, Florida Steel, and Metromont Materials (former).
